Vests are really not my thing. This Topshop vest though, has been sitting in my closet for a good amount of time & thought to finally test it out. & I gotta say, I dig it. You definitely need the right outfit for a shorter vest, so pairing it with high waisted pants seems appropriate. Also, I love the front pleats on these pants & of course that they are a little slouchy.
